Pleasant
Staffs were good and can understand English well. We dropped the luggages in the morning and back in the evening for checking in, they delivered the luggages in the room which was nice. Breakfast was OK with a limit dishes. Location is near to Ueno Station taking Iriya Gate Exit.
Lots of dust and garbage under the bed. House keeping may take a proper cleaning The hotel should have laundry facilities

What was the highlight of Hotel Comfact
It's what I'd except for the price.
The breakfast was good. It's on the rooftop terrace with nice view and sunlight. Although it would be nice it if the breakfast time closes a bit later. The room is nicely designed. The amenities were good.
Although the room is nicely designed, its size is way too small. There are barely any spaces left to walk around after opening up a large size luggage. For one person, this room might be fine, but definitely not for two.
